This drop-in gas cooktop combines Bertazzoni Professional Series power and precision with cooktop convenience. There are six burners, with a dual wok burner ranging from 750 to 15,000 BTU. Side-mounted control knobs have the one-touch, child safety ignition system that lets you light and adjust burners with one hand. Accessories include griddle plates, wok ring and simmer ring.
