About Us
Established in 1982 in Agoura Hills, Warehouse Discount Center has grown to become one of Southern California's largest independently owned home appliance, plumbing and water systems retailers.
This growth is due to many factors. We employ an expert staff of sales professionals with an average of 17 years of experience. Our sales staff will inform & guide you through the myriad of choices that every consumer must make when building a new home or remodeling an existing home.
Our 30,000 square foot showroom in Agoura prides itself on the 15 fully operational kitchens. Visitors can actually test the products in various live setups.
Warehouse Discount Center can help design and install the kitchen (and bath!) of your dreams. Whether it is a functional family kitchen for mom, dad and the children or a chef's kitchen that can serve 200. Our factory-trained sales staff is there to meet your every need.

Warehouse Discount Center remains a leader in the retail appliance and plumbing industries by continually adding new products to our large on-hand inventory.
Because we are so committed to carrying the latest products, we have thousands of products that may not be listed on our web site. If you are interested in an item that you cannot locate simply call and speak with one of our product specialists or click here to send us a request.
More often than not we have the item that you are looking for, or an equivalent item. We remain dedicated to providing the latest and most innovative products availabe in the appliance and plumbing industries.
Do you offer product installation?
We are proud to offer professional product installation on all appliances that we sell for the following areas: Ventura County, Santa Barbara County and the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot provide installation for appliances outside of these areas.
How much is delivery?
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery charges are currently $79 to anywhere in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If your order totals more than $2000 (before tax) your shipping will be free.
How will my order be delivered?
Delivery Options
Warehouse Discount Center delivers our customer's products utilizing the fastest, most economical and secure methods possible. We offer three options depending on the product that you purchase:
Small Appliances and Plumbing Items:
UPS or Fed Ex - For smaller items such as microwaves, countertop appliances and accessories we offer four options.
- Ground: You should receive product within 1-7 business days after leaving the warehouse. This is only available within the continental US.
- Next Day Air Saver: Your package will be delivered by 3:00 p.m. the following business day after your order is shipped. Please call our sales team to get a quote.
- Next Day Air: Your package will be delivered by 12:00 p.m. the following business day after your order is shipped. Please call our sales team to get a quote.
- 2nd Day Air: Your package will be delivered two-days after your order is shipped. Please call our sales team at to get a quote
Express Deliveries Notice: You must call our sales team at to ensure your product qualifies.
Large Appliances and Plumbing Items:
Freight Carrier - Larger items such as ranges, large refrigerators, washers, dryers, air conditioners (over 12,000 BTU), etc. require freight shipment. Transit times are generally 7-14 business days from when Warehouse Discount Center receives the merchandise. In stock merchandise usually ships within 3-4 days. There are three options to choose from.
Standard Delivery (Curbside): This includes delivery to the curbside or driveway. Please inspect your items at time of delivery. If you notice any damage, please refuse the delivery, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately at 888-487-2298.
White Glove Delivery: This includes delivery to the room of your choice. One flight of stairs is included. Easy access is required. Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, please refuse the delivery, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately at 888-487-2298.
Express Freight: When you need your order as quickly as possible, we are happy to accommodate you. Just call to receive a quote.
Local Deliveries: A local delivery is any shipment made within a specific radius of our central warehouse. This includes all of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties as well as most of the Greater Los Angeles area.
For local deliveries, in stock merchandise is usually available to deliver within 1-3 days. Local deliveries include in-home delivery and one flight of stairs for most items. If you need your item carried up additional flights of stairs or for larger built-in appliances, a 4-man crew may be available at an additional charge. Please call our sales department to receive a quote. There is no additional charge if your building has an elevator. We are happy to offer installation on our local deliveries. When will I receive my extended warranty?
Extended Warranties:
If you purchased an extended warranty with any of your appliances, a contract will be mailed to you approximately 60-90 days after the delivery of your appliance.
It is important to register your appliances as soon you receive delivery of your merchandise to insure that your manufacturer's warranty is active.
When will my order ship?
Shipping Times:
Outside of Ventura County, Santa Barbara Country, or the Greater Los Angeles area: In stock merchandise usually ships within 3-4 business days from placement of order.
Within the Ventura County, Santa Barbara County or the Greater Los Angeles area: In stock items will be delivered within 2-4 days.
If shipping is needed at a later date, Warehouse Discount Center offers you the option of delaying your delivery date (WDC must be notified at time of order). If you need your items delivered sooner than the times stated above, please contact a sales representative at (805) 222-1380 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipment times listed above assume that the item ordered is currently in stock. Items out of stock are subject to a later shipping time. A customer service representative will inform you of the estimated shipping time within 3-4 business days of placing the order.
Ready Ship (in stock)
Items noted as Ready Ship will ship 1 business day from our warehouse. in southern California. Actual delivery times will vary based off your location. If you are ordering multiple items and not all items are noted as Ready Ship, the order will ship when all items have been allocated.
Please note that all orders are subject to verification. Orders will not be shipped until billing and shipping information have been verified. Please check your email for instructions and updated order information.
Where do you ship to?
Shipping Locations:
We currently are only shipping merchandise within the continental United States. We cannot ship merchandise to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
We also do not currently ship internationally.
Generally we can ship to APO's, although, delivery times and prices vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please contact a representative at (888)487-2298 or email us at sales@wdcappliances.com.
Do you charge tax?
Sales Tax
Warehouse Discount Center only charges tax on orders shipped within California.
Tax is determined by the county to which the item is being shipped.
Do you match competitor's prices?
Competitor Price Matching and Price Guarantee
Warehouse Discount Center will match any authorized dealers price!
If you find a lower price (including shipping, handling and delivery) on an identical item with the same features currently available for sale and delivery from an authorized dealer, contact Warehouse Discount Center with the competitor's details in writing and we will match that total price.
When contacting Warehouse Discount Center at 805-222-1380 or emailing sales@wdcappliances.com you will be required to provide all information, including shipping, handling and delivery date. Warehouse Discount Center reserves the right to require that a quote of a lower price from an authorized dealer be sent to us in writing.
Exclusions:
Warehouse Discount Center will not match:
♦any bonus, special, financing or free offers.
♦rebates.
♦clearance or closeout prices.
♦prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise.
♦service contracts/extended warranties
♦installation, delivery, or assembly services.
In addition, Warehouse Discount Center will not match competitor's prices that result from a price match. Warehouse Discount Center Price Match Guaranteee does not apply to parts or accessories; Warehouse Discount Centers licensed partner websites or digital services.
Warehouse Discount Center price match guarantee will be in effect until your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped, we will not match a lower price. Warehouse Discount Center reserves the right to revoke this policy at any time.

Are your products under warranty?
Product Warranty Information
Warehouse Discount Center is a manufacturer authorized dealer. All of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Many manufacturers cover up to one year parts and labor and a great deal more offer an extended warranty
We also offer extended warranty plans on most of the appliances that we sell. The warranty details of the specific model that you purchased are contained in that item's product description. How do I take advantage of rebates?

We conistently offer an extensive varietly of manufacturer and Warehouse Discount Center product rebates. To see a list of the current rebates and promotions please click here. You can download the current rebate forms from the rebates page and print them. You can submit the form for processing after your products have been delivered.

Returns Policy
Damaged Shipments
It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for external damage to the package before accepting delivery. If the box is damaged, open it to inspect the appliances. If the appliance is damaged, refuse delivery and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 1-888-487-2298 and we will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. Therefore, a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing.
Defective Merchandise
Most products that we carry include a full warranty of at least one year. If you receive an item that is defective upon delivery and is not due to shipping damage, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Returns
General Return Notes and Policies:
- In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RMA).
- Any product returned to Warehouse Discount Center without an RGA number will not be accepted.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
- After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims.
- Warehouse Discount Center reserves the right to refuse all returns.
- All returns/cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them.
- Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for any and all shipping cost associated with returning product back to Warehouse Discount Center.
- We do not accept returns or cancellations on specially ordered products due to customer error. Special order products are defined as any product which Warehouse Discount Center does not regularly stock or is ordered specifically for you. Please be sure to read all specifications regarding merchandise before purchase and call us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.
