Gourmet Cooking Classes
Take part in our exclusive Gourmet Cooking classes professionally taught by JoAnn Hecht. With 20 years as a professional chef, culinary instructor, caterer and event planner….you are sure to leave with plenty of inspiration, knowledge and excitement about cooking. JoAnn has an extensive background in cooking and is passionate about what she does.
She has worked with renowned chefs from all over the globe and the US and is well versed in almost every cuisine. She imparts all of this expert knowledge and experience to her students in a series of classes that coordinate with the seasons – so you can go home and try your recipes right away….Check our calendar below for classes and times. And as an added specialty, JoAnn is the owner of a dessert company offering custom cakes and cookies that are as equally delicious as her culinary dishes. She will also provide classes from time to time on desserts.
Come in and get started on classes right away. You can even reserve as a group for a friends night or business partner night as a fun event. The classes are given by “register only” and fill quickly. Select the class, and use the date (the way it is provided) as the item code.

Kids can join the fun in the kitchen and learn to prepare favorite foods and menus at our new
exciting Kids Cooking Classes. Lunch, dinner, baking or creating a special meal...there is an arrayof classes to choose from that coordinate with the season.
Come in soon and learn to create a Breakfast in Bed for Mom...Homemade Pasta, Paninis, and more. Learn how healthy food can taste good and be easy to make. Taught by gourmet trained chefs, these classes are sure to please not only the students, but their
friends and family..
