You can boil pasta water and cook chili on the Power Center's 13,500 BTU and 12,500 BTU Power Cook burners, or simmer sauces or keep a pan warm on the fully adjustable 5,000 BTU Flex-Choice burner. In addition, a center grate is good for sliding cookware from one burner to another or for keeping something off the heat when you need to cool it. Plus the oven even lets you control when you start your meal with the Delay Bake setting.
