Returns Policy

Damaged Shipments

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for external damage to the packaging before accepting delivery; this includes unusual creases in the box, holes, torn packaging, etc. If you discover damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery receipt and call our customer service department immediately at 1-888-487-2298. If damage is discovered after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the delivering freight carrier. Therefore, a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing and accepting delivery. Product damage not reported to WDC within 48 hours of accepting delivery will not be eligible for return. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned.

NOTE: All RETURNS must have the original manufacturers packaging and pallet; no exceptions! Any RETURNS that do not comply with said instructions will NOT be eligible for return.

Defective Merchandise

Most products that we carry include a full manufacturer's warranty of at least one year. If you receive an item that is defective upon delivery and is not due to shipping damage, or if your item is defective after the first use, please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature.

Returns

Before deciding on the model that you will purchase, carefully measure the area in which your appliance will be placed. It is equally important to know the correct voltage of the outlet that you will be using before purchase. Please take advantage of our talented product specialists to guide you through the selection of your product by calling 1-888-487-2298 or email us at sales@wdcappliances.com. If you receive merchandise that does not meet your needs please call our customer service department at 1-888-487-2298 within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for any and all shipping cost associated with returning merchandise back to WDC, even if you did not pay original shipping charges. Merchandise returned through no fault of WDC will be assessed the original shipping charges and return charges back to WDC.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If a product is returned for internet store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. We do not accept any returns on special order merchandise or items that have been in the possession of the customer for 30 days or more after delivery. Returned products must be in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. Merchandise that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Please note all approved return shipments must have an RMA# issued or the shipment will be refused.

General Return Notes and Policies

1. In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive an RMA#
2. Any product returned to Warehouse Discount Center without an RMA# will not be accepted.
3. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
4. After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for filing all damage claims with the delivering freight carrier.
5. Warehouse Discount Center reserves the right to refuse returns.
6. All returns/cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If a product is returned for internet store credit the restocking fee may be waived. Your internet store credit will reflect the full amount of the product(s) original purchase price less shipping charges to and from our warehouse.
7. Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them.
8. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable, even if you did not pay shipping charges. In addition, you will be responsible for any and all shipping cost associated with returning product back to Warehouse Discount Center.
9. We do not accept returns or cancellations on specially ordered products due to customer error. Special order products are defined as any product which Warehouse Discount Center does not regularly stock or is ordered specifically for you. Please be sure to read all specifications regarding merchandise before purchase and call us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.

10. Product that is in your possession for 30 days or more cannot be returned.

11. All RETURNS must have the original manufacturers packaging and pallet; no exceptions! Any RETURNS that do not comply with said instructions will NOT be eligible for return.

12. Unauthorized returns that arrive to WDC damaged, will be assessed a damage fee.

General Shipping Notes and Policies

A re-delivery fee will apply if you are not home during the scheduled time window provided by the freight company.

Standard delivery includes delivery to the curbside only!

Except in cases of damage noted at the time of delivery, applicable shipping charges, will be assessed for all refused or returned merchandise including, but not limited to, shipping cost from Warehouse Discount Center.

Island deliveries, freight that requires special handling or ferry fees are an additional charge. WDC cannot pre-determine these charges on the initial shipment so we will contact you via e-mail or phone after the carrier has contacted WDC with the exact charges. WDC is not responsible for these charges. Credit card authorization for pre-payment is required within 24-48 hours after we have contacted you, or the freight will be returned to WDC at your expense, through no fault of WDC or the carrier.

 

Arbitration Agreement: Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this purchase, terms and conditions or breach thereof, which cannot be resolved after the parties have used all reasonable efforts to do so, shall be settled by arbitration. The place of the arbitration shall be in Ventura County, California. The arbitration shall be final and binding upon all parties. Should arbitration result in favor of Warehouse Discount Center, Warehouse Discount Center shall be entitled to recover all legal fees.
