Beutiful Cooktop

This is for sure a beautiful cook top. It looks pretty sharp in our white kitchen. Works pretty good. The only comments is that is difficult to clean the glass. Some spots are not easy to clean. It will be nice if there is a recommended cleaning product,

My wife and I bought this cooktop for our kitchen that we were re-modeling. It goes very well with the other Bosch appliances and operates with superior quality. If you are in the market for a new cooktop, you would be a fool not to buy this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I've had the stovetop for ten months and love it. I like having a couple of small burners because I am often cooking for two. The surface is so beautiful. I clean it off every evening which is no trouble since it is a flat clear surface. The heating power is great. Love your product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Works Great But Can Not Clean Burner Surface

This cooktop came with my new condo in Honolulu. It works great and I have no issues with its functionality. However, after using it 9 months now I can not get the burner surfaces clean (this was an issue after just 2 weeks). I've read the owners manual and called Bosh but they do not help with this issue. I did see another review on the Sears website for this exact cooktop that stated they to could not get the burner surface clean so I'm not the only one with this issue. I'm not new to Bosh glass cooktops. I have currently have one in my California house that I've used for 11+years. This cooktop has no cleaning issues and looks almost as good as the day it was installed. Unfortunately the cooktop in Honolulu looks terrible and worn out. This is a high end condo that I rent and so I need to replace the cooktop. Bottom line, don't buy this model. Oh, I should mention the Bosh warranty does not cover the cosmetic appearance so no warranty for this issue. See attached photos of this issue. Keep in mind I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the surface before I took this photo.
