Despite still learning how high the heat gets on all of the individual burners I love our 5-burner gas cooktop. Our old GE 4-burner while adequate does not match up to this Maytag. I love the sleek stainless steel look and the cleanup is much easier than our old cooktop. There is adequate space between the burners so multiple large pots may be utilized at once without feeling cramped. My initial attempt at making coconut jasmine rice resulted in a boil over I never experienced on my GE but as I said earlier, the cleanup was a breeze and I've learned how to control the heat enough since then. Bought it about 2mos. ago and love cooking with it, cleans up well, very high end looking have gotten a lot of compliments from relatives and friends!

So happy with this cooktop. Easy install. Quality products. Would be great if they included a rubber gasket on the underside of edge to it had by if a cushion on the granite. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
