Unfortunately for me, and my discussions with Customer Services, this is my fault that the black stainless steel is missing. So now I have a large metal paperweight. I would not recommend this cooktop and after spending over $14k on samsung appliances in May, i'm appalled. if i could uninstall the rest, i would. This is the 3rd revision of my review.
