We moved in to a new house and one of the knobs was already broken. Two more are showing signs of cracking within a month. Too bad, otherwise seems ok.

I am not sure I have ever felt so frustrated with a customer experience…. I was going to order the part when I saw the price and about died, but then came across the model and saw that this is a KNOWN issue with Frigidaire. After seeing their customer service appearing to be responsive to the reviews and giving a number to call, I thought I will give it a try to see if they can help me. After waiting on hold for approximately 50 minutes and being on the phone with the rep for another 40 minutes, the best she could do was 40% off. So, $100 for terrible cheap knobs that are KNOWN to break with over 400 reviews on their website stating it… a brand new cook top is around $500 with 4+ star reviews from other brands. I can tell you this makes me NEVER want to purchase another Frigidaire product and to spread the news. I didn’t purchase the knobs - I’d rather spend the money on another brand that wants to rectify a KNOWN situation. Not only is this a functional and aesthetic issue, this is a safety issue. My 71 year old mother couldn’t get the stove to light when it broke mid-function so gas was spewing into my home until she got scissors to pinch the metal and get it turned off…. Disappointed and frustrated does not even begin to describe how I am feeling right now…

Purchased and after a few months the knobs broke.. One knob broke, then the second and now all knobs are broken. The product description says "stainless steal knobs" but these are 100% plastic except for a small metal clip so completely false advertisement.

Even gentle use is too much for these knobs, apparently... In only six months we have gone through a full set of broken knobs! Like other reviewers said, the knob stems are made of flimsy plastic that break easily. Its a real bummer!
