I love how well it cooks and the convection cooking is great. This would be 5 stars except for one small detail: The door sensor is so sensitive that the smallest vibration opens the door and the oven shuts off, which is kind of frustrating, especially when it shuts off during the convection cooking process. The oven looks great but the installation of the door was a problem, the kitchenaid support team was ok but ultimately the dealer just took a door from the showroom and replaced it. But,, this should not have been a problem.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
