I purchased this microwave a little over a year ago from Ferguson. The number 3 on the key pad had stopped working, then a week later some of the other numbers stopped working. So I contacted Ferguson who told me that it is over a year now and no longer under warranty and they cannot do anything about it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Now it completely stopped working. Using my over 20 year old microwave now, glad I didn't throw it out yet!

Some of the buttons stopped working including the start button. The purchase was made in November 2017 so the warranty is not valid. I tried power cycled the unit but still it turns on but can’t function. I called Whirlpool they said it the warranty is for 1yr only this is my second One in less than 3 yrs I am not happy with the brand.

Door sometimes sticks Causing malfunction, display is broken. Disappointed because I bought the most expensive model I could find in the store. Owned less than two years.
