I like this microwave. I've only had it a month or so, but it is simple to use. The LED lighting is very bright white. The door feels a little clunky, but not a big deal.

The microwave itself works like a dream. The poor design or construction of having a metal handle with PLASTIC brackets over a range to attach the handle is awful! The plastic is not resistant, the plastic must warp and somehow. We have owned our microwave for just 5 years and the handle has come off 2x already. We donât use the microwave all that much and there are only 3 people in our house. Poor construction! The brackets should be made of silicone or something that can withstand heat and not warp.

We have been disappointed in this microwave a few times now, but tonight takes the cake. The first couple of times our microwave stopped working, the whole left side of the front panel stopped working. It was inconvenient but some features were usable. Then the right side stopped working, which essentially made this useless because we could not stop or start cooking. We eventually got it fixed and it worked fine. Tonight I tried reheating something for 15 seconds and when I tried to open the microwave door, the handle broke off. This microwave is more trouble than itâs worth and Iâm not even sure how to get the door open without a handle.

Just stopped working during the middle of popping popcorn. I have some technical ability so I troubleshot all of the simple stuff and that is all fine, to include the 20 amp fuse. I got the whole Frigidaire Professional package with my new home, and everything else has been pretty good with a few minor flaws here and there. But this is ridicules. My unit was manufactured in Jan 2021, and I closed on my home in June of 2021. Now I am out of warranty and really in a position when I have to try and find one like it to match everything else. I found one online to purchase (US Appliance), but not happy about it. Want to be able to plug and play with install so this is my best bet. Someone will hopefully read this from Frigidaire and maybe offer to pay for my new one. You guys got me good! (Twice).

Tried to change the fuse and it was impossible to open the cage - cut up my hands at same time. This product really really sucks
