We decided to switch out all of our kitchen appliances over this last year. This microwave is bigger, able to cook/reheat larger dishes, and is very user friendly. There are many features to choose between for practically anything you need to do. Since it is an over the stove microwave, it has a fan. The fan has different levels of power, and the light even has different levels of brightness. The color is beautiful, and looks great in our kitchen. My 9-year old can use this without any trouble. I would highly recommend this microwave to anyone looking at buying a new one.

We love this microwave! First of all, it was super easy to install in my new kitchen. All the mounting hardware was included in the package, and I was able to install it myself. We love that it is a good size space and is big enough for anything we need to microwave. It works super well and heats up the food in a pinch. I love that there is a 30 second button I can click whenever I need to get food heated up quickly. I also use the popcorn button nearly every night. It's a great microwave that looks super good in the space and works well!

Received this about a week ago and installed it. No problems so far, working great and fit our space perfectly, hooked up to existing power and exhaust. Only dropped a few stars because the delivery service samsung used scraped some paint off our entryway carrying the box in.

I am impressed with this microwave. Many different options to chose from on screen including a defrost option. I love the auto cook option and the stainless steel surface. I have the matching refrigerator which is nice to go with the microwave and now just to hey the stove! It is easy to clean and was an easy set up. It is easy to open and close and if I cook something and forget about it It beeps again to remind me. It also has an eco button which is the best part of thus microwave, it turns off the lights/time to conserve energy, I really appreciate Samsung's contribution to protecting the environment.

So far we have really enjoyed having the new Samsung ME16A4021 microwave in our kitchen and the stainless matches perfectly to our Samsung refrigerator. The microwave it replaced was starting on the downward cycle of life, however, I would like to add that other than a couple of minor oversights I prefer the Samsung. PROS: - Even heating, much more so than our prior one - The microwave seems well built and is solid - The stainless steel looks great and is easy to clean CONS: - The black touchpad is a fingerprint magnet and is not the easiest to clean - Only has a 30 second “add time” option. Our previous one added them in 10 second increments and was easier to adjust cooking times. - Still uses the old incandescent bulbs. With how cheap LED bulbs are now why are they not included. We replaced the factory bulbs with LED’s and it made a large difference. Overall we are happy with our choice and have zero regrets about the purchase. We do recommend this microwave but please be aware of the limitations of this vs. higher priced models.
