This oven was promoted with a blue interior and gliding racks. My appliance arrived with a black interior and only one upper and one lower gliding rack. My previous oven had all gliding. Also, did not even include a broiler pan. Shame KitchenAid.Takes too long to preheat and come to temp. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
