I love the Kitchen Aid products but was very disappointed when the microwave didn't work once installed. Now I find out it could take minimum of 3 weeks to get parts. I guess quality control at the factory is very low! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

door on microwave, fan in oven

microwave door opening downward is pain, esp for liquids. with door open can't reach the back of the microwave. cool-down of oven fan on lower oven is loud and takes forever. programing features on microwave not intuitive. took 3 of us and going on line to get clock reset. directions provided were worthless. Still having issues with other features, like getting sound signal when it's done, not just visual display. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
