We purchased range and refrigerator in November, 2019. New range does not compare in quality to our previous Kitchen Aid range which left us with high expectations. Range top is prone to spotting and doesn't clean up like older top. Disappointed that company did not continue with higher quality glass top. Bottom drawer is "tinny" and feels "cheap" which this range is not!. Obviously insulation of oven is inferior to older model and takes a long, long time to reach desired temperature. We felt confident in buying a Kitchen Aid range based on our past experience. Feeling disappointed. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Good stove. Glass hard to clean. Seems all of the glass top stoves have this top. Need to clean daily. Burners get ho fast. Configuration of burners is great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is absolutely NOT a self cleaning oven. If you buy anything with Aqualift self cleaning technology, you will be cleaning it yourself. Everything else about the oven is great but we are not going to spend the next 10 years cleaning the oven. The last oven we had for 10 years and cleaned itself great.
