Like the design , but after a couple of batches of under baked cookies, I bought an oven thermometer. The oven cooks 25-50 cool. I could make adjustments, but it is inconsistent. Baking casseroles is not an issue, but cakes, cookies are a real problem. Exterior also get very hot to the touch when oven is on.

I've been using this a little over a month and so far I'm very impressed. I don't do a lot of cooking or baking and have not tried the convection yet, but am looking forward to when I do! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
