We haven't baked much with it yet, as we don't do much baking in the hot summer months, but this is the most gorgeous oven I've ever seen! I love the functionality of the center elongated burner, the BTU's on the 'Quick Boil' burner, the massive storage space below, and the convection fan inside. I never thought I'd be so crazy for an appliance!

Heats up quickly. Love the pre-heat display.. and the touch panel. Convection cooking is nice. I had to convert it to LP Gas which was a bit challenging to figure out and had to buy the kit separately for $50 or I probably wouldâve given 5 stars. But itâs been 2 weeks and everything seems fine with it.
