the oven and the burners on this range work well, and we're happy with it. but we paid an extra $200 for the air fryer - it doesn't work. we returned the first range, got a new one and it doesn't work. technician spent 2 hours in consultation with engineers at samsung, and although we demonstrated by air frying french fries, and all the technicians agreeing that, despite the fact that we followed directions, they were not air fried. the upshot seems to be that that's the way it's supposed to work - but it doesn't! we are currently awaiting another call from the engineers for clarification. in the meantime, we spent another $200 on a counter top air fryer that works..

this range is proving to be a solid purchase. it does everythimg well-cooking on top, convection, air fry. i have no cons for it. my only negative is that it was 300 dollars more when i bought it last month. that upsets me.

It has all the features I could ever ask for in a range! It cooks better than my old non convection electric induction range that I had. My kids are actually eating more and enjoying the meals and snacks I’ve been preparing. It comes with the air fry tray, but nothing to catch grease under it. That’s the only thing that could make this range more perfect!
