How much is delivery?

Delivery Charges

WDC offers free local delivery on all orders over $599 (though some exceptions may apply). Free shipping outside our local area is available on orders over $799 (exceptions may apply). To find out if you qualify, input your shipping zip code in your cart. Expedited Shipping is available upon request. To request expedited shipping (3 Days, 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery), please contact our sales department at 888-487-2298.

How will my order be delivered?

WDC Kitchen & Bath delivers our customer's products utilizing the fastest, most economical and secure methods possible. We offer three options depending on the product that you purchase:

Small Appliances and Plumbing Items:

FedEx - For smaller items such as microwaves, countertop appliances and accessories we offer ground service. You should receive your product within 1-6 business days after leaving our warehouse, depending on state shipping to. This service is only available within the continental US.

Large Appliances and Plumbing Items:

LTL Freight Carrier - Standard curbside delivery applies to larger items such as ranges, large refrigerators, washers, dryers, air conditioners (over 12,000 BTU), etc. require LTL freight shipment. Transit times are generally2-7 business days from when WDC Kitchen & Bath ships the merchandise, depending on state shipping to.

Island deliveries or freight that requires a ferry will be charged a $200.00 ferry fee. Additional charges may apply for shipments that require special services or handling beyond WDC's control. However, WDC cannot pre-determine these fees until the freight carrier contacts WDC with these charges. WDC is not responsible for these charges and WDC will contact the customer for credit card authorization to capture these charges before the freight is delivered.

NOTE: We ask that you please inspect your merchandise at time of delivery. If you discover any damage to the external packaging and product refuse the delivery, note damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately at 1-888-487-2298.


A local delivery is any shipment made within a specific radius of our central warehouse. This includes all of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties as well as most of the Greater Los Angeles area.

For local deliveries, in stock merchandise is usually available to deliver within 1-2 businessdays. Local deliveries include FREE curbside delivery or delivery into your garage.We happily offer installation for an additional charge, please call our sales associates for a quote at 1-888-487-2298 or email us at

Quick Ship (In stock)

Items noted as Quick Shipwill ship within 1 business day from our warehouse in Southern California. Actual delivery times will vary based on your location. If you are ordering multiple items and not all items are noted as Quick Ship, the order will ship when all items have been allocated.

Please note that all orders are subject to verification. Orders will not be shipped until billing and shipping information have been verified. Please check your e-mail for instructions and updated order information.

When will my order ship?

Shipping Times:

Outside of Ventura County, Santa Barbara Country, or the Greater Los Angeles area: In stock merchandise usually ships within 2-4 business days from placement of order.

Within the Ventura County, Santa Barbara County or the Greater Los Angeles area: In stock items will be delivered within 1-2 businessdays.

If shipping is needed at a later date, WDC Kitchen & Bath offers you the option of delaying your delivery date (WDC must be notified at time of order). If you need your item(s) delivered sooner than the times stated above, please contact a sales representative at 1-888-487-2298 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipment times listed above assume that the item ordered is currently in stock. Items out of stock are subject to a later shipping time. A customer service representative will inform you of the estimated shipping time within 3-4 business days of placing the order.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping Locations:

Currently, we are only shipping merchandise within the continental United States. We do not ship merchandise to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally at this time.

When will I receive my extended warranty?

Extended Warranties:

If you purchased an extended warranty with any of your appliances, a contract will be mailed to you approximately 60-90 days after the delivery of your appliance.

It is important to register your appliances as soon you receive delivery of your merchandise to insure that your manufacturer's warranty is active.
