THis is a replacement for one just like it that was damaged by a lighting strike near our house. Was happy with the other one as it was so quite. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very frustrating trying to load this thing. The top rack has bumps and ridges, which essentialy makes the pegs shorter so that dishes fall or tip. Can't fit caserole dishes in bottom rack. Looks like it was made for plates only. If you load the front of the bottom rack first, the weight causes the tiny wheels to fall into the gap between interior and door tracks. I'm 64 years old and have loaded lots of dishwashers. Bought this one in November 2019, and frustrated everytime I load it. Would buy different racks if they were available - and not like originals. It works fine.

This is the quietest dishwasher! We have an open floor plan and our last 2 dishwashers were run after we went to bed because they were so loud. Our new Bosch can be run ANYtime because we cannot hear it working. Would definitely recommend for big open kitchen/living areas. I don't have to rinse my dishes anymore before loading. Just scrape and load. Everything has come out clean. It's easy to load once you get used to the set up of the racks. I prefer having my silverware on the door where it's easier to load where this dishwasher has it in the bottom rack. Not a deal breaker since this machine is so quiet and cleans so well.
