I bought this dryer 3 weeks ago after doing research on Consumer Reports. This was one of the dryers they recommended in my price range. I then checked the Lowes website and saw they had this dryer on sale. I like the features which are similar to my 26-year-old dryer that just died. So far this dryer works great for my needs I hope this one lasts 26 years like my old one.

After hours of troubleshooting customer care finally told me: This is designed to take 2 hours per load. That is their default mode. Energy Saver. Only purchase if that meets your expectations.

The size of it is nice big enough of kind size comforter. My cloth is always very dry even when I only use it on the 20min setting. I havent tired the press dry setting yet but looking forward to trying that. Over all great price and works fantastic. My husband and I just brought a house for the 1st time and we wanted something durable and affordable. Tthis was it for us. Love it.
