have installed it recently. so far so good. installers run test on my request and found strange noise when running. they suggest to replace the model as defective. after i level the unit myself the noise has disappeared. no problems since. will see for a long run.

i paid for the dryer plus the installation fee at samsung. when the team delivered the product, they can't install, twice they came. after install, it made crazy noise. so i had to call service. turn out delivery team has made permanent damage to the dryer. so now they are exchanging it, using the same team. after 1 month, i still do not have a working dryer.
