worst washing machine ever - AVOID

we have had this washer for only a few years and i will now have to purchase a new machine. from the first day i was not happy with how the machine washed clothes - clothes came out very wrinkly - worse than how they went in. this i could accept, but the breaking point is that the machine is the most mold and mildew producing machine i have ever used ( and yes i have used other front loading washers before without any problem). i have tried multiple methods to clean the machine, remove clothes immedidately and have never seen anything like this. i have never had a problem like this before and cannot believe how this washer draws moisture, mold, and mildew. so disappointed. will not be purchasing samsung again.

front load washer stopped working at 18 months old (6 months after warranty expired). needed new mother board (the one at back of machine not the one at control panel). between cost and time to repair, we were without washing machine for 6 weeks and for $200 more we could have had a brand new machine. will not purchase another samsung product.

we have had nothing but problems with this machine. control panel went bad, rear bearing bad, main control board bad, and so on. won't spin at this point, and now repair companies can't even source parts to repair. will never buy another samsung product.

I bought this washer and the matching dryer a month ago. They are beautiful! The washer has so many settings, and I can customize those settings even further. It does a wonderful job on my laundry, and it is so quiet. I even love the little tune it plays when finished. I am thrilled with this washer/dryer combo and am so glad I chose these.
