This is the 3rd Samsung Front loading washing machine I've had that has had the shocks go out resulting in loud shaking and screeching of metal on metal rubbing. Prior 2 Samsung provided some support in repairs however this time they will not assist. The washer is only 2 years and 7 months old and it is unacceptable for that we have to deal with this already and that Samsung won't stand behind their products.Â

bought this washer and dryer as set for our new home which replaced the old school top load white set which was working pretty fine but we thought let's buy something new and fancy and since then we are having issues and issues with the washer. they dryer seems to work fine but the washer we just can't get it to vibrate and make loud banging noise. when you start the load it looks like its going to break the door open and when the spin cycle starts it always makes me nervous that something it going to break. i have leveled it and everything but still. my fault is i got lazy and waited to long to complain about it. now its not under 1 year warranty.

we bought the matching washer and dryer from lowe's. the machines were well built and looked great. however, the washing machine was way too noisy during the rinse cycle. we spent quite a bit of time making sure it was level. eventually called for service and the tech said that is just the way it sounds, nothing wrong with it. we returned them both and bought another brand.

i got my washer and dryer a year and a half ago. my dryer is working just fine but the washer has given me a lot of problems. at first, it was leaking and my husband was able to find the problem and fix it. now it is making a terrible noise in the spinning cycle (even when empty) and he cannot find the root of the problem. there should not be so many problems in a washer in such little time.

i was excited when i first ordered this set, but i have only had it for 2yrs and the control panel already went out and the door will not unlock. i had the control panel replaced and it will run a load, but the door still wont unlock. it cost me $420 to have the control panel replaced, and now its going to cost another $200 to have the latch on the door manually opened and replaced. samsung needs to extend their warranties for these issues for longer than they do. if i had known i would be paying $620 just to get it fixed, i would have just said, dont order the parts i’ll order a new washer from a different brand.
