after just a year and half, this machine failed! it gets stuck on spin cycle no matter what the load is or how the load its positioned. nothing worse than having a bunch of wet clothes!

this machine is quiter than the 12 yo machine it replaced. the cloths come out wrung out nicely. except the spin cycle you do not notice it running. mine is off the kitchen and the floor is an open floor plan. the machine is easy to use, and has many useful features.

I purchased a Samsung washer in June 2021 it was broken by August 2021. The cheap counter weight broke, and it broke the plastic tub too. It was deemed defective and unable to be fixed. Samsung won’t replace it either. They will give me a coupon, but that doesn’t cover the cost of me to purchase the identical washer.
