I bought this fridge to replace my old one which was 20 years old. Most fridges are larger these days, and this was one of the only ones that would fit in my 65 year old house. It's much lighter than the previous one, which makes it seem cheap, but perhaps that makes it more energy efficient. It's louder than I expected, though I wouldn't say it's noisy.

I bought the Whirlpool 14 cu. ft. refrigerator for a good, basic Energy Star appliance. It is exactly what was needed, easy to setup, and has been running perfectly.
