Ive run 4 cycles so far and it is doing a great job of cleaning. The drum is noticeably stabile compared with my old LG where the drum broke. The drum also flips the clothes around to help clean. It has many cycles and the ThinQ app makes it easy to manage them and have only the cycles you use show up on the dial. Cons: this machine doesnt have a Steam Fresh cycle steam/tumble/no wash for wrinkles. LG also claims that additional cycles can be downloaded. So far only Overnight can be added. The glass is dark requiring a flashlight to see inside during the cycle. The Options are very hard to read since the display panel isnt illuminated but you can use the ThinQ app to select them instead.

I love washing with this new washing machine. It is quiet with vibration has lots of washing options and does an amazing job. We were limited to the size because of the doorway and this one fit the bill. I also love the front loader it is my first and so much better than the top loader.
