Mattress Comfort Guarantee:
If, after a minimum of 30 days of use, your new mattress does not meet your comfort expectations. WDC will exchange your mattress for another model of equal value, or you can decide to upgrade your mattress to one of greater value. In that case, the difference must be paid in full before the exchange is complete. Claims must be made by email to customercare@wdcappliances.com, no later than 60 days from the date of delivery. Exchanged mattresses will be subject to a flat $150.00 exchange fee, plus 10% of the original purchase price. Comfort guarantee does not apply to foundations, powered bases, or accessories.*

Motion Separation
A mattress with motion separation technology absorbs energy and isolates movement in the bed instead of transferring it to your partner. There are several ways to achieve this goal: memory foam mattresses, individually-wrapped coil springs, or a combination which is referred to as a “hybrid”. Memory foam material is designed to react to the motion directly below the individual – slowly conforming to each curve of your body for the perfect restorative sleep. A traditional inner spring mattress has several interconnected inner springs, but individually-wrapped coil springs stop the motion from transferring to other coils – isolating the motion to the area directly under the individual.
